Principal importer for Belgium !!

In de Italiaanse automobielsector is er Ferrari en de rest. In Valpolicella is er Masi en de rest. En dit heeft niets met geld te maken, ze maken gewoon hun reputatie waar.
Met deze straffe uitspraak startte het artikel van Hervé Lalau voor In Vino Veritas enkele jaren geleden.
At the end of the 18th century the family acquired Boscaini vineyards, known for their exceptional quality, called "Vaio dei Masi", or translated “small valley from Masi.” The family chose not to bottle under their family name but the name of the vineyard.
Later they acquired nearby vineyards of the other noble families Serego Alighieri and Bossi Fedrigoti from Trentino. Finally they planted recently the Argentine vineyards Tupungato to accentuate the international nature of their business.		 Masi: Leading Amarone Producer
Costasera Amarone Classico Today Sandro Boscaini, already the sixth generation, is taking charge of the empire. The family acquired worldwide fame thanks to the innovation of the Ripasso technique, which they abandoned because of plagiarism themselves later. To take a way around their competitors they assemble their Campofiorin by flowing wine and Appassimento wine. This while their two high level Amarone cru’s, Campolongo di Torben and Mazzano, which are only made in the best years, set the tone for several decades already.
Sergio Boscaini , brother of Sandro, researches as head winemaker of the Masi Technical Group, historical grape species like Oseleta. This underlines their ambition of to stay ahead of the other wineries in Veneto.
