Château Camensac is located at Saint Laurent de Médoc in the heart of the Haut-Médoc, and borders of the finest estates in Saint Julien. This position puts Camensac in the middle of a constellation of great growths, to which it very much belongs. The 75 hectares of vines are planted on magnificent gravelly hills. Only the finest traditional Haut-Médoc grape varieties are used. Yields are kept low for greater concentration, and the vineyard is tended with loving care. The grapes are mainly picked by hand. Each vintage is made according to age old tradition, combined with the most modern technical methods. Thanks to its special soil, perfectly adapted grape varieties, temperate micro climate and skilled wine growing team, Château Camensac makes wines with a complex, concentrated bouquet and a deep crimson colour. On the palate, Camensac is round, elegant and obviously worthy of its great growth status, making this one of the most sought after wines in the Haut-Médoc.
