French Wines > Languedoc-Roussillon - 100.00% Grenache

The crop is destemmed and crushed. A long fermentation, more than a month, with the addition of alcohol on the grapes in order to favour the extraction of aromas and tannins.

Colour : Intense garnet colour.
Nose : Cooked fruit and cocoa aromas, very intense nose.
Mouth : Perfect balance between alcohol and sweetness. Large persistency.
